DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM. ****MERS! BUSINESS DOES NOT EXIST.
Placed an order for two recliners from Cielo on 6 March 2024, asked for delivery to be postponed due to renovations (lol). Confirmed go ahead for delivery on 28 March. Only got delivery 12 days later on 8 April. However one of the items was wrong. They delivered two recliners, one was from Calgan, was smaller and looked as though it was used. It was poorly wrapped and clearly not new. It took Cielo until the 19th of April (11 days) to collect the incorrect item. It took them another 11 days until the 30th of April to... guess what... deliver the incorrect item for the second time! This was after sending detailed emails with images of the correct and incorrect items. Cielo clearly pay no attention to detail. We rejected this second delivery, but when I didn't get a response from their customer service centre on whether they could deliver the correct item or not, I requested to have the other recliner collected as well and a full refund issued. It's been another 11 days and Cielo still haven't collected the other recliner and obviously no refund has been issued. It's been over two months now and it's still not over... Their service is terrible and their delivery times are ridiculously slow. Overall it's been a bad experience. I have since found better quality recliners at similar pricing. I don't trust this brand and would not recommend you order anything from them. As for the quality... the recliner is noisy due to the PU leather (very squeaky), the recliner action is pretty basic and getting it into the reclining position is a bit of a struggle. Having now tested a few other options I can confirm that there are better, smoother action recliners available for the same price. I thought Cielo was a premium brand. But it's not. Neither their products or service can be described as premium. Don't make the same mistake I did.
