The updating of my policy is due in a few weeks. I asked about ways to reduce my new higher premium cost. *Mbali Memela* phoned me back on my request. She was very helpful and I could ask a lot of questions about the content of my policy. Recommendations were made according to my individual needs for a new lower premium. She spend more than 60 min to help me in a very professional way - not in hurry and answered my questions one by one. Very nice to speak to such a helpful person - where with some companies try to speak to a BOT or ROBOT get you nowhere. I really recommend Auto & General for the good custemor service I received
I phound to re view my yearly policy increase. I am a pensioner and cannot afford the *New Premuim*. I was phoned back and I do have a *None claimed for 7 years*. They did reduce my premium and I am able to still have an insurance ( with the same advantages as before) *MY ADVISE IS:* *PHONE AND SPEAK TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR ANYBODY ELSE IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM*. *DONT JUST CANCEL YOUR POLICY*
BOOKHUB BOOK SALES I am dealing with them for years. They listen to your suggestions. Joana is very helpfull and an excellent customer person. They do have specials on books and allso the new releases. All kinds of books. Religion- education-fiction-dictionaries- etc. (CD's -In Afrikaans -English- and more African languages ) Books mostly Afrikaans and English. Next time You want to buy books for school- Children- somebody please contact them first. " The Courier Guy" does the book deliveries. Allso excellent service from them. Amanda
ADMIN OFFICE ONLY Received call from agent for Ref telephone no's - new people to join 5/10/20 I am a Member since 04/2019 Received the afriforum bracelets but got lost after a while. Requisted New bracelets -Looong before COVID 18. ( was informed that the no's on bracelets were in Anyway INVALID- we were NEVER informed about it.) STILL waiting for our New braceletes with correct info in case of emergency. I asked the agent to look into it. She does not know we did not receive it. My request to her was that the Admin Office must please contact me. " THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT - NOT EVEN CONTACT ADMIN OFFICE TO PHONE ME. I MUST PHONE THEM MYSELF!!!! She will provide me with the relevant no. BAD BAD ADMIN SERVICE. No service to complain about. The Afriforum people on ground level Do very good work with food relief etc. Now their Good Work Are Cancelled out by the Admin Office. Amanda

I've been with leserskring since 1981. Now receive E-mail today 19/08/2019 from bookhub. None no's valid/ exist for this company. No response when email this company. ALL no's invalid on website allso. I do have money in my account and when placing a new order I did asked about it- Leserskring account. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. PLEASE HELP Amanda
