We used to have minimum 16 slow lounge accesses per year. FNB just took it away without any explanation. My private banker has no idea how this works and can not even explain the ebuck reward procedure.

Terrible service. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. they will take your money then you have to chase after them to get your products. Today after three weeks no feedback from them. Dillen Davies only lies to us and we can’t get hold of him
