Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery to the western cape. I prefer speedaf express, they have much faster service.

Capitec Robertson in the western cape dont listen to their clients at all
Capitec Robertson have no ears they hear but they dont listen. Every month i tell them not to deduct my capitec life/funeral cover policy on the 4th but on the 15th of each month. But every month they deduct it before the 15th for example on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I keep telling them on the 15th my salary is on the 15th!!!!! I want a cancelation on my policy i dont want it at all anymore as capitec have no ears to listen!!!! Please cancel this debit order completely ! Seems like i have to go to another bank that listens to people!!!!!!

Takealot more subscriptions are useless and not as advertised
Takealot takes forever to deliver even when u subscribed to Takealot more it takes just as long!! Also theres no order minimum but yet my order was above R2800 but still be more than a week i have to wait for my goods. People this Takealot more is useless!!!

2nd time the steak at pnp robertson smells horrible
Im literally tired of pick n pay in robertson now!!!! First they advertise products that they dont have stock of and tell u they'd call when it arrives, 3 months later and still no news. Then secondly we bought steak there we normally buy our monthly meat at pnp and freeze it as we live on a farm! Then both packs of steak smelled disgusting!! Like rotten!! i feel like i want to vomit!!! Ill never ever sit my foot in pick n pay in robertson ever again!! This is just disgusting and im not gonna drive 25 km to exchange rotten stuff gross!!! And no thank you pick n pay i dont want anything for free thank you!!! I dont trust anything you guys sell anymore!! Grossss!!!

Disappointed in Pick n Pay Robertson( western cape)
Literally disappointed! Pick n pay advertised a Winter Festival which was valid from 20 May 2024 - 9 June 2024. So my husband went on May 27 to buy some products which they said they dont have in stock. They advertised a "ALVA bullnose regulator with pressure gauge" for R199.99 and Home classix assorted microwave cozi cuddles warmers for R129.99 each. They said they had none in stock of any of that products but will order it and let us know when it arrived. A week later we heard nothing so my husband went to pick n pay to ask and still they waited for the products to arrive a few days later still no call so he went back again which they told him the cozi cuddles was discontinued. Now how do u advertise a product that discontinued ? Also the bullnose regulator didn't arrive. That special ended on 9 June 2024 its already the 24th of June and yet no regulator My husband didn't want me to rate pick n pay here as he says the staff is so friendly yes they are friendly and they sweet but pick n pay should not advertise stuff that they cant supply. Also keep us waiting just to tell us its discontinued?! Things we couldve ordered on takealot instead of waiting winter is already half way and yet didn't get this products.

Thank you so much for addressing to my complaint. The bakery manager assisted so fast and was so kind and friendly and so was the other staff members too The peppermint tart is delicious if you going to keep this one on the shelves i will most definitely go buy on a regular basis Thank you to pick n pay Robertson,western cape and the friendly staff!

Zoom car warranty Administered by Apex underwritten by Mutual and Fedeal STAY AWAY They dont process claims my aircon broke which is covered for R10 000 and on my list also i pay a excess waver. Now they telling me its not on my plan but it is on my plan i made sure on my policy and now that my aircon broke they dont want to process the claim. This people just take your money be careful of these people!! This is the worst place to use. Also they cant even spell our address correctly on the policy This people is not liable

Stay away from apex /zoom motor warranty
Be careful of this people they take your money but dont pay claims i spoke to a consultant and she said they cover 10 000 for a aircon on my plan now they declined it Also couldn't even spell my location correctly This people decline your claims be careful

Disappointed
Never buying from Shoprite in Robertson again we bought 2 slices of cake there which they packaged and when we took it out we found a green brummer fly in the icing i wanted to vomit!!

Horrible service and client service from vodacom online sales!!!!
Horrible service from the guy that answered the phone he cant communicate properly and he is rude and just shut the phone in your ear!!! The call was made at 14:36pm on 30 November 2023. If he dont like working with clients why work there? Why should i stay polite if he is so rude? Vodacom really need to look into their customer service i will never purchase online from vodacom again!! Horrible service. Also the address is wrong which we gave 100% accurately, i wanted to know if he can make sure vodacom gave the address correctly to ram as it keeps showing on the waybill that the delivery was unsuccessful but this vodacom assistant keep saying in 2 weeks he will contact them if i can wait. Firstly it says 3 to 7 working days not 14, secondly he needed to check the address to see if vodacom gave it over to ram correctly which he kept talking around it People dont order on the vodacom app rather buy at other shops. But thank you to Natasha she had excellent service i would love to give a 5 start to her for her friendly and helpful service
