I'm super happy with the service! I ordered my phone on the morning of May 11th and it arrived on the morning of May 12th. Plus, the price was cheaper than all the other stores.
I've been trying to reach Sanlam customer care and I aslo send an email after the debited my account incorrect for a paid-up loan. My loan was settled by they still debited my account. I have been trying to call for like 5 times the customer care will just not answer. I called this number 0861204060 and I was being directed to customer care but they just drop the phone every single time. I need my refund. I need to pay my other monthly payments which now will not be possible if I don't get my refund.
I would love to say capitec bank is the bank I will never stop being a client with. I was retrenched due to covid19 lockdown and I had a loan with them. I applied for unemployment claim to cover my loan since I no longer have income. They payed my loan 100% and in less than 2 months. I really was impressed.
I went to deposit money for my sister inside the branch and the teller sent it to the wrong capitec account. Went back like an hour later and I was told I will not receive my money back. Than went to another capitec branch few days later and they check at that capitec account and they said the other banch that helped me from the beginning was wrong for not retrieving my money and said they couldn't get it back because client had used my money. This is a capitec client as well. I need my money back. This is the account number the used 128622**** it MS DR Hlokwe and this is not my sister account. Amount R500 date 12/01/2020
This place gave me bad service I will not recommend it. If you want stress go to them. But they were so unprofessional to me. Left my car on a Friday morning for just shocks and when I went to get the car it was closed and I was not told the car is not ready because they got the wrong shocks. My car was left in there garage for the night without asking me if that okay. Had to use uber back home and lost a lot of money.How can you leave a client's car in ur garage without asking them. I looked so stupid coming from working and finding the place locked. Mind you this was like far from home which they never asked.Saturday morning No apologies for that matter. I guess maybe he thought because am black I will just use the taxi. I have never used the taxi ever so at that time when I found the place locked I was stranded. I called them and no one answered. Bad customer service. Worse part was when the guy said he will never apologize because he did nothing wrong.
