I have a problem with my geyser that started to Leake on the cylinder. It is still under warranty and I reported it to Cashbuilt where I have purchased it. This was on the 12 March 2020. Cashbuilt have report the matter to Franke with no reply. On the 8 May the leakage were so bad that I have to stop the water supply to my geyser and could not use it. I have report it to Cashbuilt again and I then also tried to contact Franke with no success. All telefoon numbers said they are close due to lock down. Eventually I have get hold of Graeme at live copper and he said I must sent him a mail with my complain. I have done so and Graeme have forward my complaint to KS and Jason at Franke. On Monday 11 May I have no reply from Franke and then I contact KS and Jason again asking what they going to do about my geyser problem. KS then reply, not even apologize for the delay saying they Wil pay me out R3000. I reply and said just to replace the geyser is over R3000 and I must ge some one to install it. He said it is all that he can give me. I said I will except the R3000 because I need to get a geyser installed because it is winter, BUT I will take this matter thurther because I believe they must come and replace the geyser at their own cost. Franke do not care about my problem.
I have a problem with Makita regarding a Makita impact drill kit that I have bought from Builders in Bloemfontein. First of all, Hein from Builders in Bloemfontein have go out of his way to assist me and must say his service is excellent. I have purchased the Makita inpact drill kit from Builders in Bloemfontein on the 19 August 2018. Desember 2018 the motor already burnt out, why I do not know because I did not use it very often, but to me for that quality drillnit was a mystery. So I think there must have been already fault on the drill. I took in the drill to Builders in Bloemfontein in December 2018 and it were only fixed in January 2019 which I understand because of the Feast of Season. In October 2019 the motor burnt out again and I took it in for repairs again. I was very unhappy because when I wanted to fetch my drill they said I must pay R720.00 for repairs. Builders in Bloemfontein manager Hein, after I have told him I am very unhappy because to pay R720 and maybe after few months the motor will burn out again. He contacted Makita to ask if there is not a warranty on the repair because the purchase warranty have expired? Now my concern is that the Makita impact drill were a problem from the start. How can a good product such as Makita give problems like this and I only use it time tot time for house repairs and not for industrial use. I think that the drill have a manufacture problem and that they should have picked it up when the motor burnt out so soon when a bought it. I have bought a battery drill from Ardenndorf for much cheaper and with no problems at all. Could you help me with this please. I am very unhappy with Makita's experience product that does not last. I am very upset with Universal Turfs because they are false advertising on their grass they are selling. We brought grass and they say it is high quality and that is not the case they also advertise that it has warranty on the grass but when I reported to them they said the grass that I bought doesn't have a warranty but on their advert it says warranty so they advertise false and just talks it off when I complained about the grass falling out etc.
