I was making a payment online but FNB was giving me difficulties to pay for my online purchase saying that they suspect ***** but i usually make anonline purchase to that online store. Now it took my money of R1069. It says the payment was reversed but the money is not reflecting on my balance. It is not the first time I takes my money. Sometime this year I made a transfer mistakenly of R500 to my credit card that was closed the R500 never bounced back to my account. This gives me the idea that this bank wants to exploit me as a customer.
I would like to take this moment to thank Mr Shawn Daniels for a very outstanding service. Keep up the excellent service. Your efforts shows that he has the best interests of customers at heart. 5 stars to Metropolitan Life.
I have been asking the gentleman who is handling my claim Shawn Daniels to call me because when I call him the phone just rings without an answer. I have submitted my mom's will and a letter of authority. He is not giving me feedback. No sympathy for berieved clients.
Their insurance will take you from pillar to post when you want to claim. Take it at your own risk.
The lady i spoke to was very rude. They can't help me with a claim even when I am in possession of a letter of authority.

I have been paying for a comprehensive corver for my Samsung galaxy tab A with an s pen from 2019 to date. My gadget is lost now vodacom says that I don't have an active cover. They called me to say I am eligible for an upgrade. I took an upgrade and instructed the vodacom employee that I want to insure both my gadgets now they don't want to assist me even though they deducted R1900 and something from me. I just want to raise an awareness that be careful when insuring with vodacom. Just know that you are paying for nothing because when the time comes to claim they will change the terms and conditions for the policy. They don't want to trace the call recording of when I took that insurance in 2019 because they know the truth. Be careful.

Unequal treatment from Ecomotel Marlboro. My water is switched off while other rooms have water. I don't know if other customers are more valuable than others.
The service at Capitec bank is pathetic. Save yourselves people from this bank. The service is not good at all. I would rate them negative 5 out of 5.
