I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Dr Tshivhase in Randburg, I went for consultation on the 13 March and blood was taken for some tests. To my surprise I received a bill of R1884.10 for test. I have contacted my Medical plan to find out, I was advised that the Lab(PATHOLOTY) is not under their NETWORK. As per my medical aid Dr Tshivhase was suppose to call to find out with PATHOLOGY is covered for my blood test. IM NOT SITTING WITH THE BILL OF R1884.10 which I was not advised on.

I am very disapointed with treatment we getting from Capitec recruitment staff. i wrote an assessment with them last year 20 August 2018 and we were advised that we were successful they will contact us for interviews. I've been doing follow up with Sibongile and Ryan but no luck with positive feedback. The call center number is not user friendly ********** , you hold the line more than minutes up until you hang up. Please assist with feedback
