Unhappy customer
I requested to receive a payment from my trust 15 business days ago and still have not received it today. They say it take 10-15 days to receive your payment but for some reason it’s taking longer this time. I’m a student who needs to buy groceries and it’s really frustrating3 replies

Bad service, they don’t care about clients

Terrible service
I have been calling, the customer service is extremely terrible they don’t come back to you when you want to claim funds. They seem to want to frustrate you. I have sent multiple emails and none have been attended to and it’s been weeks I call and the assistants are all rude and don’t have patience2 replies
