Run for the hills! This agency is unscrupulous. They will employ every tactic to rob you of your deposit. They charge unjust fees to your deposit and adopt unfair and unjust terms in their lease agreements. The property I received was poorly maintained. They attempted to charge me for damages I did not cause after vacating and a full paint job (I only lived there for 6 months). They do not conduct their affairs according to the Rental Housing Act. Fortunately for me, I am an attorney and know my rights. With the help of my firm, I eventually and successfully got my deposit back in full with interest. Please take them to the Rental Housing Tribunal if they do this to you. I will also be lodging a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman as the terms of lease in their agreements are contrary to law. I earnestly urge you not to rent from these people, they are scammers. (As an aside, please note that literally all their positive Google reviews are either fake or have been completed by employees of the company - this is in complete violation of Google's Review Policy [conflict of interest]. I have filed a report with Google to have these taken down. This is dishonest and fraudulent conduct)
I am utterly and completely appalled by the service received by the Vodacom call center agents. I had to come to Hellopeter because there is supposed to be an opportunity to rate the customer experience at the end of the call but for some reason, the call always cuts (shocking). If I could give negative stars I would. In particular, Amelia and Luyanda are just hopeless call center agents- what a terrible customer experience. I placed an order for a white iPhone 11. A process in itself as my contract/number is registered under my mother. The phone was eventually delivered, alas, in black. I absolutely do not want a black phone and if I am to pay for this can I at least get the order that I have placed. Your first call center agent (unfortunately did not get the name but presumably black male @ approx 09h05 on 27 Jan 2020) told me there is no more stock of this phone and there is no point in trying to exchange the order. Really Vodacom? I refuse to believe you have no white phones, especially if the option on your website is there. This agent gave me a number to call and the number (0821945) was engaged. Useless. I called again and was helped by Amelia. Again, a less than memorable exchange wherein she told me the recordings were going to be solicited to see that I in fact did indeed place an order for the correct phone. The third time I called I was helped by Luyanda. Extremely lackluster woman who should not be in client services. She took issue with the fact that I asked her to be specific when asking for "the number". She required my cell number, my mother's cell number and my mother's ID number all in one call but would just ask for"the number". Vodacom do your people get any sort of training? Because this cant be it. The only useful information Luyanda was able to furnish me with was that the person who placed my initial order for the white phone was Amelia herself (lady from the second call) so I hope Amelia does indeed listen to the call recordings where I confirm that I placed an order for a white phone and I hope to get an email and apology regarding her mistake because why on earth was a black phone delivered to me? Your people don't even try and provide solutions Vodcaom. I was told I had to cancel and place a new order and the process would take 14 working days. I take issue with you placing the onus on me to place another order Vodcaom when I in fact already placed an order but was given the wrong thing. Also 14 days? Really? I can only give honorable mention to a gentleman named Sifiso Tema who managed to escalate this issue for me. Otherwise, your call center agents, all useless and need training.
I've been patient and have now exhausted all avenues; its clear that FNB is taking me for an ass so here I am on hellopeter because calling companies out is clearly the only way to see things to finality these days. I paid approximately R9300 in June in settlement of a credit card I held with FNB. I did not receive a paid up letter as requested at the time. FNB remains on my credit profile where it is negatively affecting my creditworthiness. As such, I lodged a dispute with compuscan who requested a paid up letter from FNB. The need to obtain the paid up letter has now become urgent. I called FNB Premier on 28 November at 10h19 and 2 December at 15h13; 16h51 and 16h55 to request the paid up letter. The first time I called I was promised the paid up letter within 4-12h which obviously did not happen. The second time I called I was promised the paid up letter by 17:00 on the same day. This has obviously not happened. FNB, what is the difficulty about what I'm asking here? This was not a small amount I parted ways with yet you cannot even furnish me with a letter confirming that I have settled my credit card. I do not even bank with FNB anymore, please explain to me why this is so hard? may I please get my paid up letter to [email protected] as a matter of urgency. Thanks
Its no secret that MBD have earned themselves a reputation of being legal professionals. With over 90 negative google reviews, over 2000 negative HelloPeter reviews, I think it is safe to say that this is not a reputable practice conducting good and proper business. I am tying to sort out a fraudulent account totaling almost 10k on behalf of my father and nobody (including Vodacom legal) can even furnish me with the details of this account? They cannot even give me the cell phone number that has run up a bill close to 10k, yet, the account has being over to MBD attorneys. Vodacom, are you in fraudulent collusive activities with MBD? When you try to call this "law firm", it is all automated responses, its like there is no one who works there...Vodacom please tell us why, in good conscious, you would hand over suspecting peoples accounts to such a shady practice? I will be lodging a complaint with the Legal Practice Council. There is absolutely no way that this is an actual law firm with actual lawyers.
Dear Vodacom, with over 2400 negative reviews of MBD Attorneys, please explain to us why you would use such a dubious and fraudulent collection agency? It can only be that someone of your offices is colluding with these people. Please immediately give me a call. MBD is harassing my ill father. He does not have any contracts with Vodacom, yet MBD continues to harass him daily for R9000 for a non existent account. In fact all references numbers used by MBD are the same. This is not a real law firm. Cut ties wit MBD Vodacom or else you will be subject to a class action law suit
There is something seriously wrong with Vodacom. Really truly. We have made several attempts to bring my fathers matter to finality. It always appears to be sorted and then some strange person calls my dad asking for money from him for some or other contact when my father currently has NO CONTRACTS with Vodacom. You guys and MDB attorneys are running some disgusting scheme this network disgusts me to my core. You are harassing my ****her. He has NO ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM! Leave the man alone! Call me and sort this urgently or sort it out with your shady debt collectors MBD which is not a legitimate law practice by the way!
Changing banks to Investec is probably the best decision I ever made. My banker, Craig, and all his colleagues have made the switch so effortless. From transferring my stop orders to setting-up my online banking. They are truly a client-centric organisation, I'm very happy with the service I've received thus far. Thanks Investec

Rage is destroying my credit score! I received notification that I owed R103 or so on my Rage account. I will admit that I did not immediately attend to it as I had recently received a cesarean section and was still on bed rest. I finally attended to making payment and my account was paid in full after making this payment. Notwithstanding, Rage has reported me to the credit bureau and now I cannot open my account with Investec! They are ruining my life over R100 rands! Whats worse is when I call head office to sort it out I no one picks up the phone!! Rage update my records immediately I do not owe your store one dime!
I am not getting value for my money under this medical aid, I just want to leave and become a dependent on my spouse's, but CAMAF is making it impossible! They wont let me leave unless I provide them with proof of membership (on the new medical aid scheme) but how can I join and become a member of another medical aid scheme when CAMAF wont issue me with a termination certificate? This process does not make sense! Let me leave the medical aid please! I cant be on two medical aids at the same time and with every other medical aid when you want to leave they send you the termination certificate accordingly so that you can join a new scheme. But not CAMAF! They are really making my life difficult I don't even know what to do I just want to leave!
