I am very disappointed with the service from NZ Carriers and would not recommend them to anyone. The team damaged my vehicle’s paint, burnt out the starter, and broke the bonnet lock. Additionally, I had to pay for towing services because the car wouldn’t start. After fitting a new battery and driving the car onto the truck in Joburg, I was left with unexpected and costly repairs. A mechanic confirmed the starter was burnt out by NZ Carriers’ staff, necessitating a replacement. The repair costs for the paint, bonnet lock, and new starter exceeded the transport costs to Cape Town. Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner, Nawaaz Carim, he has not responded in three weeks.
Had such an horrible experience at Slug & Lettuce Paarl today. Poor customer service and social distancing only for certain races!!!
I am very disappointed in the service rendered at Barons Pietermaritzburg. I contacted the dealer regarding a 2016 Volkswagen Clubsport that was being advertised on various web sites including the Barons and Barloworld website for R352 490. I wanted to trade in my polo gti for this vehicle and sent the sales manager an email at the branch regarding the adverti*****t, and still received no feedback. I logged various complaints on the websites, but no one got back to me. It's absolutely pathetic, since I have been with Barons for the past 10 years.
I have been trying for months simply trying to get my itemised billing enabled. I have been to various MTN shops numerous of times, hours of frustration. I have made numerous calls and wasted most of my airtime having to wait on MTN consultants. Also, they have been escalating things to the billing department and logged several issues every single weeek, but have received no feedback. I have received more than 13 reference numbers via SMS and still no feedback. The amount of time spent trying to sort this matter out have turned into weeks and now months since February 2019 up until now. This is an ongoing cyling that is not being resolved. I'm paying for this service for many months now and have not received one itemised bill yet. I have been receiving the MTN link, along with the OTP etc. When I select the itemised billing tab, it shows me that I'm unsubscribed to access my itemised billing?? I really hope there is someone that can advise.
