Bought a pair of Daniel Hechter slippers from truwoths, alrhough it has been a few months as I don't wear slippers often but I have litterly worn them twice, the soles on both shoes has cracked write through the slipper is falling apart after 2 wears. I notice this with the whole brand quality has drop drastically the clothes are no longer the same. It feels like cheap knock offs. It's not anywhere near the same quality of the past.
I was referred to king price by a colleague, they have this special, if you where referred, the person that refered you get discount in their premium for one month to the value if my insurance cost. This has never been held up from them. I have followed up on multiple occasions and spoke to management. They did even bother getting back to me, it's one excuse after another with empty promises. If they can't keep up to their own promises. How am I to trust them to pay me out if anything happens to my car. I have lost faith in this insurance company, I feel I can't trust them, something as simple as this, something they offered, hey cant even stick to. I have decided to actively started looking for other insurance company to cover me. To me this is false advertising.
Fail to take accountability for incorrect wiring install and still charge just under R14k for a job I had to get someone else to complete after they said they did not know why the car would not run. Car was there for months while they where trying to fix it and failed. Then told I'm lucky I didn't pay storage fees. They blamed my technician for the car not working, yet it only worked after my guy fixed it. I informed them that I would right a review, he tried to guilt trip me by saying I will be taking food from his kids mouth as my review will damage his business. I was told I void my warranty soon as someone else touches the car, even thought they approved me bring someone else to fix it.
Once again this vumatel is giving issues, customer service with this company does not exist. A technician came out to see what the issue is, their own technician said the previous technician did not install the the wiring properly and this has cause the wiring to get damaged over time. I called in to vumatel tell, could not get hold of them, I then contacted my ISP they contacted vumetel and was told I will have to pay for the line to be repaired they won't pay. How is it that I must pay for them messing up the original install that caused the damage. This company doesn't really cat to assist as they know that it's their finre line in the area and if you want finre you have to use them. Everytime I deal with them I feel like pulling out my hair, a nightmare company to deal with.
I recently opened a new contract with MTN, now every month it subscribes me to various subscriptions at R3.00 a day. this is without me applying or giving any permissions. I have log a call to find out why this is happening, but nobody has gotten back to me. its a new month and once again its happened. seems like every month I must be cancelling this subscriptions, all they are saying is we escalating the issue and then silence.
I recently opened a credit card with ABSA bank, I gave all details along with my banking details that the card must be debited from. The first instalment that was due, they did not debit my account, after 2 days I realise this and paid the account personally, since then I am being paying it personally on time every month. I have a monthly credit report update. this month my report shows a missed payment on my credit card and it is showing it's in the arrears, but this is not the case. I have made many calls to ABSA to clear this up, I have been pushed from pillar to post and can't get this sorted out. I have been promised a supervisor will call me back. I am still waiting. I generally have good service from them and they always willing to help so I am suprised that this is happing, specially something so important as this affects my credit score and ability to qualify for things. I am looking to apply for housing finance in a month or 2 with them and I for see a decline due to there mess up.
I got called after putting them on hellopeter, I got a call from them to resolve the issue, I was told they will flow and get back to. Still no response. I
Vumatel and afrihost, terrible service, didn't install correctly the fibre line, now its damaged and the expect me to pay for the repair. I have logged numerous calls over months to solve the issue. Nobody came out to fix. Now it's past the warranty period and that's the new excuse for not fixing it. I will be finding a new service provider. I would not suggest them as a service provider.
I would like to write a review about Home-Connect, and exceptional service I received from Princess Nyauza. She kept me up to date and called me back numerous times to make sure verything went smoothly. I have had bad experiences with service from home connect in the past. Having princess help me, really help to change my view on home connect's service. All your staff should strive to be as good as she is. Some of the best customer service I have ever received in South africa. Five star service.
I cancelled my car insurance with discovery, sent an email to cancel and got a response acknowledging the cancelation. came month end they still Debited me, I followed up on this and after 7 working days they reimbursed me. all was going well. a month later i applied for vehicle finance and it states discovery put me on credit bureau for outstanding amount R1400. how is this possible when they owed me money and reimbursed me. now i have to try solve this issue by getting credit reports and i am on a time sensitive matter as i will lose the car i am applying for. I would like to know how am i in the arrears when there was not even an attempt for them to debit me and the fact that the insurance was cancelled. There incompetence has cost me. and how long is it going to take to solve this issue, in the mean time I am sitting without a car. i am seriously going to cancel my other insurance i have with them. and maybe our medical aid as well.
