I bought a laptop and paid for it online. They were very swift at this point of the transaction. I was then informed that i would receive an email once my order was dispatched with all the tracking details and that my order would be delivered within 3-5 business days. On the 6th business day after completing my order i still had not received the email and my order had still not been delivered. There had been no communication from superlot. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and they do not respond promptly to emails. After sending multiple emails i finally received a response from them,they said my order would be delivered that same day. After a little while they sent another email saying my order would be delivered the following day. I requested the tracking details and was told that tracking would not be possible as their supplier would be making the delivery. The following day i sent an email requesting an update,i had to send multple emails again before getting a response. When i finally did,i was told that my order is with their delivery partner and i would receive it that same day or the following day. I'm still waiting. Beware,if you choose to transact with Superlot
