Habibah has managed my escalation in the best way possible, and thanks to her my Vitality is now up and running. I would like to congratulate iStore Fourways for such great service and professionalism. I've been assisted by Kabelo Lebina (Sales Consultant) that took me through the process of upgrading my contract going above and beyond to help me get my upgrade sorted. Well done, guys!
My contract was due for an upgrade this month, and this would be my third device with Telkom (A ****le and an iPhone 8, both on 24 months contract). For my surprise, after applying for an upgrade, Telkom gave iStore the following feedback: "We have reviewed the applicant - Please note that passport applicants are subject to deposit payment. Order cannot be released; 30% device cost is required." This is the first time they've requested for such, and 30% of device cost, is quite expensive. Unfortunately, they lost another customer, because I'm unable to renew my contract with them as per these terms. Matter fact, I've just submitted my cancellation form through their website. I'm not an angry customer, just very disappointed with this level of service. My bills were paid through debit orders and never been delayed. Goodbye, Telkom. It's been great so far.
