I have lost all fail in Vodacom. After writing a review almost 3 years ago about Vodacom, my issues are still not resolved. They continue to give inaccurate quotes and information. I would not recommend this company to anyone
I am a doctor and have been waiting a while for results. They have provided me with inconsistent information throughout my waiting period and I have struggled to get through to them telephonically. It is a very unprofessional service and I would not suggest using this lab. It also appears that they have now lost my sample.
Our family has had the worst experience ever with Axxess. They have taken over a month to contect the service which still has not been done. The company sent us an invoice to pay them before they had even set up the service. It has been the most disappointing and unprofessional experience with a company. We will be canceling our account and I discourage prospective clients
So so disappointed and baffled by vodacom. Ive been a customer for 10 years and have spent the last week trying to do a simple upgrade. Ive been back and forth, released funds and organised everything to be told one day after everything was fine and i just needed to pay that suddenly that was a mistake. They are so incompetent and obviously don't understand their own products because the reason why ive veen denied is for credit purposes but i am offered a deal with the same phone where i pay less in and the same per month - how illogical! I cannot even comprehend how this company functions on such illogical thinking. Seriously have to move my and all my family's contracts away from vodacom or else it seems ill be stuck with this ridiculous service.
