If it were possible to give Car Track no star in the rating I would. Car Track App is not functioning. I have made several calls to Car Track complaining about the app not functioning. On my initial call, I was told that the devices on my vehicles would be reset. Next call, same, Third call, I was informed to use the website to track my vehicles. On the fourth call I was informed that IT was working on the App. Yesterday and the previous day, the App worked. Today, the App is not working again. No one at Car Track can assist or provide time frames when the App will be working. Customer Services can only take a client's number for a supervisor to get back to the client. So right now, I am paying for a service on more than one vehicle, that does not work.
Got my first bottle early 2025, absolutely loved it. Compared to all the other bottles I have had, this was my best, my favourite. The water temperature is retained, with ice, over 24 hours. This one fell and the top split. Second one, received in April 2025, December 28th 2025, the bottom started leaking. I am now stuck. Disappointed in durability.
Reference 687971 - Placed an order in April 15, received a call to say 2 items on my order were not available. The person on the call and I agreed that he would replace the unavailable items with any other item on my order (equal to the amount). I called 21 April since I had not received the order. Order arrived 22.0.2020 - without the unavailable items and no replacements. Since then I have emailed, called several times (I have a record of dates and times),as recent as this morning and every time I call the customer care, I speak to a different person but hear the same "will refer/escalate to Strubens Valley store from where the order was dispatched". I have had no positive response/no refund of the money I paid upfront from the order.
Purchased an item from Chistafri Facebook Page, 21 Febuary 2019, paid for 1-3 day delivery. Date of delivery 26 February, I get a call explaining that the item is no longer in stock due to the promotion of the purchased item. Consultant promises delivery by 4th March. To date, I have not received the purchased item, nor any communication from Christafri, despite me posting on their Facebook page.
