Dear Game Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your Strand branch. On December 1st, 2025, I placed an order for appliances, and the manager/supervisor assured me that delivery would take up to 3 days. As of today, December 8th, 2025, I have not received my order, and all attempts to contact the branch have been unsuccessful. As a result of the delayed delivery, I have been forced to discard perishable food items, including milk, which has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I request that you investigate this matter urgently and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my order and an estimated delivery time. If I do not receive a response or resolution within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to explore other options, including seeking compensation for the losses I've incurred. - Order date: December 1st, 2025 expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Would not recommend this business to anyone. Paid the money for device and never received my product. Got promised a tracking number never received it when requested to be refunded I got blocked on social media. tried calling but no answer or any response back from kickstar_sa
