I have been using Westrand reaction unit as my security company for the household. Prices of the remotes are always double the prices everywhere else. I really thought they are taking advantage of me since I am a woman. I added a security beam and the technician made a hole on the drainage pipe and they had to remove it and make another hole. I have been asking them to sort out our because the drainage dirty water drains in to the garage and Amish ignored me since 1 and half year ago. In September I paid them to add 2 cameras and they never did and came with excuses and then ignored my calls and messages when I requested my money back. He later sent a portion of the amount 2 days ago and I have been calling him since then but he ignores my calls.

Electricity cut off ☹️
Electricity cut off for a week now regardless of the status of the account. Nobody answers their phone. Everything in the fridge has rotten now but they don’t care. Initially wrong amounts of a wrong account were sent to me and when you pay the outstanding amount is not reflected on the new statement. What is one supposed to do to get help from them? Like really!
