Keep away
Absolute sc****ers! Stay away. I ordered a product advertised on FB. Never received it and emails are never answered. No response to the tracking app either. They also go under the name of Kivora.0 replies

Tree felling
I recently supervised the felling of a large tree at a friend's house and was impressed by the care and efficiency with which this was carried out by Brands. Everything removed and cleared in a day and friendly and cooperative staff.0 replies

Incorrect product supplied
I ordered and paid for a cordless drill which was supposed, according to the advert, to have ta battery indicator, a speed control and a belt clip. The drill I received had none of these and, despite a number of emails to them, I had no satisfactory reply. I still have the drill supplied in its packaging waiting for it to be replaced a month later!0 replies

Poor service
I ordered a mosquito catcher which packed up after only a month. No reply to repeated emails. Service is shocking. I also ordered some fairy lights. The box was badly packed and the spare bulb is missing0 replies
