Dropping the ball in service delivery
Very disappointed with the service,Couldnt fix our door and we still paid for it. Had to get someone else out .

Disappointed by Rain
Rain came highly recommended, my friend got his sim and router the very next day.l have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now and it's still in transit as if it's coming from Tumbaktu. Even if l get a new eta no one is meeting it. I'm abit disappointed

Waterproofing above and beyond
Cape leak has assisted us with waterproofing and we are very grateful.We had been suffering for a couple years now and we had gotten a number of repair people to help but to no avail. They gave us a warranty and they come out for free everytime we have abit of an issue on the waterproofing. Hashtag winning. Thank you Damon
