Spar has been running a promotion to claim a glass dish with stickers collected we have spent 21000 rands in total for dishes valued at 900 rands for the past month we have been going to the spar at cape quarter Greenpoint observatory and my local which is groote schuur spar to be told they don't have stocks and we should come back the next day then promotion has now ended today and we are still without the dishes we want and the management at all the stores have not tried to give an alternate option which is really disappointing why run these promotions if you cannot honour it this not the first this has happened we are loyal customers and shop daily at spar to be misled
Another week has passed and no response from std bank staff regarding my complaint this is the service they give their clients this issues has been ongoing for months now and no solution in sight
We have been trying for 7 months to get a deceased account paid out by the bank and have been sent from one division to the next providing all the requested documents and running around to the masters of the high court as they apparently could not pick up the details on the portal we have on onto the portal and found it immediately and sent the detailed links to prove to date nothing has been resolved it is the level of service that's appalling and the fact the staff don't speak to each other and expect the client to run around. And spend hours on the same issues with the same documents in question. Annathato mopholo Massi and yusrah all work in the same entity but are not communicating I will take this Matter to the banking ombudsman should it not be resolved by end of business on Friday and release a press statement on all social media platforms to ensure the public knows how inept std bank staff are
I have been trying to wind up my mother's estate as the executor for the past six months my passed five years ago I submitted all the required documents and was turned away by Yusrah at Std Bank Woodstock I finally got a call from the department who deals with it a gentleman Massi and he was sent the same documents I tried to submit for three months to Yusrah I went in this morning to follow up on the process and timeframe for the matter to be settled yusrah resent the email and refused to call Massi to confirm the timeframe for the finalisation of the process im totally frustrated the run around and staff who cannot provide the service of a follow up by calling their colleague is this what std bank has become staff who totally disregard client requests because it's not convenient
After logging 11 calls I got through to the most helpful agent called Gladys in the support department at rain she resolved my problem in no time and stayed on the line with me to check if everything was working this is customer service par excellence she is indeed an asset to Rain
Diann Summerton and Brandon went over and above the call of duty today to assist with resolving my issues restoring my faith in this entity once again Diann you are one in a million where customer service is concerned thank you from the bottom of my heart you and this team rock. This is how it's done
Kyle and Tertius went the extra mile to sort out my leak in the ceiling I am so pleased that they still regard customer service so highly I am very pleased to recommend you to anyone who is experiencing similar problems
I am a loyal Mr delivery client and order from them more than twice a week I have had numerous issues with their drivers delivery where we order from the same places and and they still get lost resulting in food damaged cold or inedible after numerous complaints regarding this and having no feedback I had to do this negative review and state how disgusted I am in their service this is no way to treat a loyal client
It is affordable quality products with fast and efficient delivery will recommend them any day as they have an extensive catalogue and each product description is on par with your purchase
Once again dealing with Angelique has been the most pleasurable experience ever she truly goes the extra mile in assisting her clients and assuring they satisfied she knows the true meaning of client service and I believe she is an asset as well as one of the most valuable employees at your entity.
