What on earth happened to this company? From getting all the awards to hitting rock bottom. It's been over a week with intermittent internet, blown my monthly phone data holding on for what seems to be a non-existant 'customer' representative technician. I'm paying a lot of money for a service I'm not receiving, smacks of fruad to me. Just who do these corporations think they are, tie you into a contract and leave you wallowing without a service, mafia tactics like much else in 3rd world technocratic bs society, I been suckered by these guys and their apathetic attitude
Took a policy out about a year ago for my motorcycle, premium was a bit higher than other quotes but I went with King Price because the agent assured me the premiums were not going to go up. Imagine my disgust when a year later I get a mail from them with all the usual blah-blah about inflation and after reviewing my policy they're upping my premium by R 100.00. Not at all taking into consideration the market value of the motorcycle has dropped by about R70k. False advertising and misleading info from 'The King' King of ****s imo.

Possibly the worst plumbers in cape town, use this service at your peril. 2k for 20 minute job, drain still blocked, tap still leaking. Their obvious fake reviews are good for a derisive laugh.
I bought a security gate at Builder's Northgate on 7/11/22 and paid R750 for an installation. They arranged to install the gate at 9am 9/11/2022.. Needless to say they never pitched up and countless calls to their hotline only resulted in me being put on hold for so long I used up my whole monthly bundle waiting for a response. I had to take the morning off work to accommodate them and 3 hours later still waiting without a response. Pathetic attitude from poorly trained Builder's staff in my humble opinion, don't rely on these clowns, go diy
Unbelievable. Telkom just rocks up at my business premises, a franchise restaurant, out of the blue to install fibre. In the process they change my business telephone number, a number the business has had for over 25 years without any warning. How dare they? I am now lumped with all the costs of changing the business number associated with marketing the business, losing my take out customers that don't know the new number etc. Disgusting behaviour from this telecommunications company.
They lie! Selling uncapped and then throttling one permanently. Sick and tired of the bs, just another lying corporation, go to hell MWEB!
My teenage son just had the most horrendous experience using this bus service for the first time from Graaff-Reinet to Worcester. The bus was supposed to depart from Graaff-Reinet at 21h15 Friday 2nd July but only arrived at the wrong departure point 3 hours later at 00h10 at the Quest garage instead of at the designated Engen garage. After waiting all that time during curfew hours and numerous calls to the customer line that strung him along promising that the bus is on it's way only to finally inform him it had already departed from the wrong departure point. They then transferred his ticket to Saturday 3rd July for the same time at the same departure point. Once again the bus went to the wrong departure point, but fortunately the bus driver called my son on his mobile and collected him from the designated departure point at the Engen garage. The driver did not bother to check his luggage into the luggage compartment so he had to suffer the 7 hour journey with his backpack and his duffel bag on his lap in the cramped seat for the entire journey. Adding to the ordeal was the fact that absolutely no social distancing was practised on board with mask less people eating, drinking and socialising for the duration of the journey in the middle of the curfew pertaining to the 3rd wave of the pandemic we are experiencing which I believe to be a criminal offence in terms of the stage 4 lockdown. Needless to say I won't be recommending this incompetent travel company to anyone as a mode of transport for fear of them experiencing the same torturous journey my son had to endure.
I recently bought a motorcycle at a dealership and included in the padding of the hire purchase agreement was a 2 year all inclusive advantage motor protector warranty.After a few months of riding my waterpump packed up,I contacted the AA and they wanted to charge me over R3000 to transport the vehicle 220 kms to the dealer even tho it only cost R1700 to transport the bike from JHB to Cape Town?After I arranged my own transport the waterpump was replaced and still they refuse to settle the claim.Please be aware,do not be sucked in to this bull**** Advantage Motor Protector 2 year unlimited warranty plan they attatch to HP agreements,they fraudulently refuse to pay out in the event of a breakdown.
