I was handed over for an amount that I didn't even know about by cell-c. They don't give you time to find out what is going on. Original amount R231.00 Friday 2 September R293.00 This morning 5 September R359.00 Now minutes late R363.82. How does this work I got billed for 4 calls @R21.00 each an only received two. As I am unaware of this amount I would like to see what is it I am billed for but the e-mail is R15 sms R3 are you kidding me. So if you phone a person you must just pay and you cannot ask for what. What a load of nonsense.
Now I am done with this hopeless company. You are by far the worst. 1. Charging me for a Data bundles that was cancelled 7 months ago and then don't want to reimburse me. Still waiting on the phone call recording. 2. Declining my upgrade because I owe them money witch I am not aware of for a account that was cancelled in April 2021. No Phone call no bill nothing. They send me the account but the bank details is scratched out and a new one is written in by hand. So I phoned them and they told me they are unaware of what is going on but I owe them nothing. Now I get debt collectors phoning me and they phone you every day for the money and my account have jumped from R232 to R359 in two days. 3. Now I want to cancelled my contracts and the data contract that was a month to month contract, they changed to a two year contract without my consent. UNETHICAL UNETHICAL UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far the best security company I have dealt with in a long time. The owner Chantell Eksteen is hands on in the business and knows each of the guards personally. We have been with them since June last year (2020) and what a joy it has been. She even let you know about upcoming events that might cause complications for the site and comes with suggestions on how to prevent this. Keep up the good work chantell.
I have been dealing with Cell C for quite some time now and never have I known what incompetent company they actually are. Until I had this one issue that took me two months and 6 and a half hours on the phone with them and its still not resolve. There level of intelligence tells a lot because I have cancelled two of my contracts with them and I am waiting for the other two to run out so that I can cancel them as well and they still ask me why do I want to cancel my contract. In this two months they phoned me three times , not to solve my problems but to try and sell me more products. just go to show. Cell C you are useless and I am dun with you. You are unethical and for that I will take my business elsewhere. I will never in a million years recommend anyone to you, but I will keep up the excellent work of telling my story why they should stay far away from you.
I added a recurrent data bundle to my line. An hour later they phone me to promote a deal on a data contract that I can use in my phone. I said ok I'll go for this but then they'll have to cancel the recurrent bundle as I would not need that. Long and the short of the story, the new contract came and the bundle was not cancelled. Now months later and they do not want to play me the recording and they don't want to refund me my money. Now they want me to send them proof that I have not use the data. Cell C will most definitely not see me again soon. This is how they treat someone that spend R2500 pm. I am busy cancelling everything this is so unnecessary. Well done guy keep up the pathetic service and I'm sure you won't be open for long.
Absolutely shockingly poor service. Using every excuse in the book not to take responsibility if something goes wrong. The owner is extremely unprofessional if things don't go his way. Had two guards on site one was suppose to be outside and one inside controleroom. His excuse why both guards was in the controle room some times as long as 5 houers was they need to eat and use the toilet. One of my cameras was stolen. The camera shows clearly how the guy is stealing the camera of the wall gaining excess from the roof. Again both guards was in the controleroom. The camera show the gards walking taking his time to go and investigate the matter he looks at the place where the camera was and return to the controleroom but report nothing in the OB book. His excuse is they reacted the way they were trained and therefore have no negligence on there side. They are now of the site and now he is threatening to take me to court for not giving notice after they where in breach of contract. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
I just want to know: Why is it always so easy to get a contract it is truly a phone call away but try and cancel that contract then its a total different ballgame. On the 25th of February 2020 I contacted Cell C call center to cancel one of my contracts after witch thy told me that the contract only expire 22 of May and can only be cancelled in April. I then phoned them on the 27th of April 2020 on witch they told me that it is a public holiday and I need to phone back. I then phoned them on the 5th of May 2020 now the tell me that the contract will only be cancelled on the 5th of June. After a huge argument he told me that he will go and listen to my call made on the 27th of April 2020 and then cancel the contract on the 27 of May 2020. I am telling you guys this is absolutely pathetic. This guy told me that the contract actually was suppose to end on the 15th but because I called on the 27th of April he can only cancel it on the 27th of May. ****** the call that I made on the 25th of February 2020 that doesn't count. Then he asked me why didn't I send a e-mail. I didn't know a person could cancel with a e-mail why didn't they told me that in the previous calls that I made Regards Angry client.
Hi there I have cancelled my medical aid in August 2019. After numerous attempts to find out what my last debit order is going to be nobody at the scheme could assist me with this. I was quite stressed out because they said they are going to take the full outstanding amount by the end of August but they couldn't tell me what this amount will be. They finally told me what the amount is going to be after a hole bunch of phone calls and e-mails. I still have all these mails. I paid the full outstanding amount and because of what happend I felt that these people don't have a clue what they are doing I asked them to send me a confirmation letter stating that I am paid in full witch they did. January 2020 I received a statement that I still need to pay R 264.00. I phoned them and they couldn't tell me why they send me a paid in full letter but the account isn't settled. One of the managers gave me a call to say he will investigate the matter and get back to me. Nothing has happend up until now and today I received the statement again stating I am R 264.00 in arrears. This is totally unacceptable and I will never revere anyone to Fedhealth the level of incompetence is shocking. Christo Botha
