I am very disappointed with Sponono Masina at Standard bank. She gave me such high hopes of excellent service and how she treats her clientele so well. But my experience since has been awful. I have had to do all the follow ups on an account she offered to me and advised how wonderful it is and how quickly it would be actioned. Its been more that 3 weeks now and I have called the call centre twice complaining about lack of communication. Two weeks ago I spoke to Antoinette at the call centre who told me she will get someone to contact me urgently to advise me on where we are in the process. However up until now I havent received a call or an email. I am very unhappy this isnt a good first impression.
I have been treated so badly by your staff, your service is really non existent. I have been sent from pillar to post when calling your contact center. Then I tried secure chat as you contact center was useless. I never knew up until now that you could be transferred from pillar to post on a chat but hey your team of useless staff showed me it's very possible. So here I am logging this on Hello Peter. Please to get all the information concerning the ***** you allowed to happen on my account go look at the secure chat. You better contact me before close of business today I have spent a total of 4 hours with your pathetic team with no help whatsoever. Wow FNB you really are a disappointment.
If anyone is reading this please stay away from this online site Superbalist. They are ******. This is the second time that they are *****ing my money. I should kick myself for going back to use them again they have shown me the error of my ways. They have ****** me of about 1000.00. They did not have stock of a certain item and said they would refund me but the put another debit through my account?????. When I queried they asked for my bank statement, my bank told me that I should never give them my statement . These guys are *****ster. I want my money back. If I don't get a response from you by close of business today I will take this further with reporting you to the consumer act.
I have never been so happy to have cancelled with this business Bonitas. This is awful service if you can call it service as I have received none. I cancelled my policy in April this year, they continued sending me emails and telling me I have outstanding payments. I then called their client services at the beginning of June and told them that I cancelled the policy why are they sending me these emails. I was told that my policy is still active, I then was asked to send proof of my cancellation request to [email protected] I sent this on Monday the 5th of June advising that I want the matter resolved by close of business Tuesday up until now I have not received a response from them. It is against legislation to make it difficult for a client to cancel their policy and you guys at Bonitas are really making this ridiculous. I already have another medical aid and what you are doing is against the law I cannot have two medical aids. I want my policy with you cancelled with immediate affect and back dated to the original date I requested cancellation in April. This needs to be sorted before close of business tomorrow.
Excellent service received from the store manager at Uzzi Lakeside Mall Echo and consultant Kelvin . Its twice that I have been assisted by them and they are always smiling and so friendly they go out of their way to make you feel welcome especially Echo who comes across as happy to assist and even remembered that I was picking up my parcel there and had it waiting for me when I got to the front of the line. I really appreciate their help and the way myself and my husband are treated by them. It is really very difficult to find staff so friendly you should really value them as they are flying the brand flag high. I love shopping at Truworths and Uzzi due to service like this. Thank you from a happy customer.
I am shocked to say the least concerning the appalling service I have received from Complaints FNB. I called FNB on Thursday afternoon and couldn't get to speak to a consultant as I couldn't get past the voice automated prompt which only understood complaints which I opted for due to frustration. Upon going through to Complaints I came across an utterly rude person who is employed there by the name of Falencia or Valencia who proceeded to treat me in a disgraceful manner. I then asked to speak to her manager and she advised I cannot as they are all working from home. I then responded to her to get the manager to call me back I was asked what is my complaint and I advised it is your service that I would like to raise as a complaint. Falencia/Valencia then called me back within the hour to say her manager is in a meeting but will call me once available. That was on Thursday up until today I have not received a call back from said manager. Now I am in disbelief that at complaints FNB I am receiving horrific service where your consultant cannot stand the client and on top of that your managers cannot be bothered to get back to an irate client. It is so sad, I have always sung praises about FNB and how great they treat their clients and I tell people to move to FNB the service is the best they know how to treat their clients. Now I am forced to relook at what I am saying because you at FNB have really dropped the ball. Now when people advise me to move to other banks I feel that I will really need to think and consider maybe its not such a bad idea as you have really disappointed me.
Terrible service, logged a complaint with Superbalist as they sold me damaged goods 4 days ago. They responded the same day I logged the complaint that they received my request and will respond within one business day. I am still awaiting their response. Wow i have never experienced such, be careful when buying from them because when you have a problem they are non existent. They make all these promises which proves to be lies. You guys at Superbalist better get my matter resolved or I will report you to the consumer act
I would like to thank Ayanda who served us on Sunday the 30th of May 2021. His service was excellent he was always smiling and willing to help us make the best choices of meals making my husband and I's experience at The Bistro wonderful. Thank you so much Ayanda keep up the excellent work, five stars to you.
I would like to commend Truworths Lakeside mall for their excellent service and friendly and welcoming manner. My husband and I left there laughing and with smiles on our faces, this was due especially to the manager on duty on the 6th of February 2021 and the cashier that assisted us. Unfortunately i was laughing too much to have remembered to take their names. However i am writing this to show my appreciation of them. Thank you Truworths Lakeside Mall you guys are really doing an awesome job!
The service I get from Street Fever Lakeside Mall is awesome. Simpiwe is the best always making me and my husband feel welcome and giving excellent service. Nonhlanhla at the tills as well gives excellent service and is always smiling. I love visiting this store especially because of them.
