STSS decided to block my prepaid electricity account because they received an instruction from a managing agent. They don't have a court order which they need to cut my electricity. Right now what they did is ******* by South African law as there's no court order to cut my electricity or prevent me from buying prepaid electricity. Their call Centre also confirmed that they just received a instruction to block my account with no paper work required. Further more they were so rude and dismissive.
I had a very bad service and total disrespect at Clicks blueberry square in Honeydew. I was refused a sale if the oh so heavenly body wash 1L the 3 for 2 sale. The product on the pamphlet and they refused to give it to me saying it wasn't on sale. Even after presenting the pamphlet and online the manager was rude and they ended up reversing the sale. I went on to purchase online for delivery and the products are indeed 3 for 2. The disrespect I experienced was terrible as I'm a clicks customer and to be refused to buy something is just atrocious.
I would like to thank Thabani Mnguni for an excellent service today. He assisted me by giving me the best premium and reducing my excess drastically. Thank you Thabani for the great service and listening to my needs and making sure that i am taken care of.
Takealot has really been efficient and very reliable, I ordered in friday after masks that were on sale I selected to pick up at fourways and I must say the experience was great. Saturday my order was ready for collection. I've always had great experience with takealot.
Don't use these people Stanley is a fraud and a liar with horrible work. After 2 months of repairing my tv it broke again with the same problem. I called him and he was rude and blocked my numbers after he refused to fix it. Don't use TELECARE REPAIR SERVICE or TV REPAIR EXPERT 081*248*0115 you will be throwing your money away.
I would like to thank Maduvha for the great service today relating to my annual review. I ended up getting a great premium lower than what i am currently paying. And the COVID19 discount given by MiWay really goes a long way and it shows care for their customers. Thank you for the great care.
Can you please teach your staff customer service, I had to request a refund on Saturday after the terrible service I received. The disrespect was on another level by three employees and there was no manager in sight to help. I am very disappointed with your fourways mall store.
The legit fourways mall is the worst, the ladies are rude and they don't know customer service. They are standing chit chatting I had to ask to move as a customer that was very uncomfortable. The worst I wanted to fit a white shirt I like which was dirty full of makeup. The very rude lady said I shouldn't put makeup on the shirt, I showed her that it already has make up. She continued being very rude about it. I told her again and she just didn't stop, I had to leave the store after that bad treatment. I must say that I will nev6go there again.
What a terrible experience at Zando. I have placed two orders at Zando and i must say it's been a nightmare, i will never ever order anything. My first order was delivered very late after i have been calling them for days. The staff was giving me the run around and didn't know where my order was when i requested to talk to management they refused and told me they were not around. with my second order it's the same it's late and there's no tracking details, holding for over 10 minutes only not to be helped, i must say calling them is a waste of time as they are useless and unhelpful. I regret buying from Zando and never will again the customer service is Atrocious.
