Dissapointed and frustrated

On the 31st dec 2018 i went to truworths mall of africa to do some shopping. I bought some clothes and a cellphone. On the cellphone counter i got assisted by a lady by the name of Zandile who really spoiled my day. After giving her my proof of residence which was my( bank statement) and my ID to register my phone while i was still completing my clothing purchase, she went to the cellphone desk and left my proof of address unattended while she just ran to the floor if which i didnt know where she was going cause i was still by the clothing checkouts then. I went to look for her on the ship floor as i was in a bit of a hurry but couldnt find her. After a couple of minutes she came back and i asked her why did she left my bank statement unattended, she just said she was sorry without giving me a valid reason. She then completed with the paperwork and gave me the phone. She showed no remorse whatsoever and i felt it was just unacceptable. 2days after she gave me a call saying i should come fetch my ID which she mistakangly put on her back of her pocket while she left the cellphone desk that day to do whatever i dont know. I was so furious cause i then had to drive to there to fetch my ID at my expense. I went there on the 4th Jan 2019 to collect my ID. I then asked to talk to the manager cause i wasnt happy about her service. A guy buy the the name of Stanley assisted me, as he saw me on the 31st while i was in the store. I told him what had transpired he apologised and took my details to call me on monday because i also had another concern. The cellphone i bought isnt what i wanted as i mentioned to zandile that i wanted a basic phone then she recommended it (Hisense). My concern is ive mentioned that im not a technical type of a person but what i want is a phone that a good camera. The phone they sold me dont have that and and it sounds like a walkytalky when it rings. Im nit happy with it i told Stanley hense he took my details cause he said these nothing they can do once its ricaed and registered on my name even if it was before 7 days of purchase and is still in a good condition and all its accessories and a proof of payment. My question is: how do one cellphone to a person who doesnt understand all those cellphone theminology and technical person. The store displayed demos which dont have a sound for someone to hear. What does ncr say about being not happy about the product and the return policy? Im still waiting for Stanely about the feedback as he said he will escalate the matter to his regional manager who isnt around at that time. Please help im soo dissapointed about truworths as i have been their loyal customer for soo many years and im very frustrated about the phone that i dont like but i have to pay for it.
