My wife wrote her Grade 12 through Damelin and requires a copy of her results. We have been trying now for months to get Damelin to help us but we get transfered back and forth till the line drops, get places on hold for more than 20min and just can get any assistance with this. We really need to get her details and Damelin is really not providing a service of any nature to previous students of theirs. Very VERY POOR!!!!
I have been with amobia the past 6 months and have received average service up unto this point which I was contempt with. Now I have given i notice at my flat to move out within the notice period (20 days) but when providing notice to Amobia I am informed that they require a calendar month notice which I missed meaning I will need to pay for Wifi at a location I will not be staying at. I have thus requested them to provide me with the service at my new place which has fibre seeing as I am paying them for that month and now they are not coming back to me. This is very shady practice from them and I am really not happy. I do not want to pay them for that month but their might be implications but I do not want to be bullied into this situation. Is there anyone/ anyway I can get assistance.
On the 15th December I have requested for my furniture to be moved to me as I have relocated. On the quote/ contract it says it would be here by t he 20th December it is now the 27 December and they are not replying to me anymore. I would like a refund as I would like to make alternative arrangements. Can someone please assist me?!!
