Its approximately 06:24 and our flight was suppose to leave at 6:10, we have been awaiting for the bus ever since 5:30 and no one is addressing us, this is rating for poor service and late departure time, inconvinience to passengers because monday morning flights are for business travel.

Hi There I have a terrible experience with telesure Group services as third party claim insurer, I have been calling numerous time with no help, the administrator tells me they have been waiting for nedbank to approve the claim. I feel very frustrated to deal with there, their claim process is not smooth at all. If you want to insure with nedbank insurance, think twice, to get a service is terrible
I have ordered an deep freezer online on 23rd November, and I have made numerous calls to the call centre with no progress, I get told that they will follow up with a courier for past two weeks. You can imagine getting same response with no feedback of when the courier will order. I have heard Makro delivery fast but this is disappointing. I ordered fridge with a colleague hers is delivered but I am not getting any joy. management please help out, Its frustrating to wait for an order for too long
