My partner and I booked ourselves in and this was our experience: - the the******s do not seem to know the appropriate levels of soft, medium and hard. - they were unprofessional during the session. The two ladies would randomly giggle while attending to us - they brought in their phones and placed on the counter. The phones kept on vibrating amid session. - the massage beds are relatively small compared to other spa’s - we enjoyed their facials and reasonable pricing
Very poor ways of communicating with customers. A lady by the name Joy spoke to me with a very rude tone. I kindly asked them to be a little more polite and this is what I got in return from Dawn Corin: "With regard to Joy not being polite to you, I find this very surprising as we sit in an open plan office and I can hear Joy’s interaction with debtors. She is always polite with debtors – being firm, but listening well and asking debtors in a polite way to send through proof of the situation. Joy is an experienced debt collector and this is the first complaint I have ever received from a debtor. I am certain that if she came across as being abrupt it was not intentional."
The support / accounts team is very slow. If you have an issue that needs to be resolved, you will have to wait for days till it's resolved.
I have always loved the service from Afrihost until i had a chat with Mbalenhle M ([email protected]). She / he was very rude and arrogant over the Whatsapp chat service. Starting to doubt the quality of customer service from Afrihost as a whole.
I joined MiWay 2-3 years ago and I was happy with their services. Sad to say, their services have gone poor and are deteriorating each day. I will be moving to another insurance company today. I even contacted them 2 days ago and still no response. If you know what’s best for you, seek competitive car insurers.
This used to be the best tracking service 4 years ago. Their customer support system is way below standard. My car's location hasn't updated since the 27th of November. I have sent dozens of emails and even tried to call but to no response from anyone. What a waste of time and money.
I signed up for 10Mbps download (Fibre) and I get 0.35Mbps. To top it all, I once lost internet connection for days and they only got back to me after 2 weeks. It's only been just over a month and I regret signing up with them.
Their service is terrible. Firstly they take so long to install the Fibre, even with the infrastructure already there. Secondly, they do not communicate with a client. Thirdly, the installation happens over 2 or more days. If you need installation to be done quick and nicely, i wouldn't recommend it.
Great service from Kutlo today, he made sure i make changes to my policy with ease. Kudos to MiWay for an improved service.
They sold me a car last month with headlights that do not work. Wiekus, the salesman treated me badly after I had reported my car to him asking for assistance. I then contact Ine (the manager, apparently, he basically ignored me when i shared my experience with him. Until now, my lights are still not working. The company has proven not to be up to standard, and I'd like to advise anyone not to bother dealing with these guys. They are only nice before you buy the car, afterwards, they treat you like they don't know you.
