Department of Rural Development and Land Reform is a useless department!

We applied five years ago as a family for our compensation. My family was removed at Gleblands during 1960's and 5 years ago. And we applied for our compensation and they gave only my aunt her voucher last year March. And when I sent emails to them I found out that my name was not even there. The whole of this year I was trying to push them to processes my matter and up to today they have never helped me. The last email I sent to them they never answer me. I do have copy of all email
