Planet fitness *****ulently added another account on my name without any of my signature now its a problem sorting out that issue its been 3months me reversing the debit and it’s affecting my credit score. Which rights do they have to debit my account without my authorisation from the bank or my signature? Thats some super high ***** stuff n unfortunately theres nothing you can do cause they take advantage of vulnerable young black South African

Bought a house from leapfrog Month end January even now the house it’s still not registered..everyday it’s a new story, I’m even panicking sometimes thinking I got ****med or something because it usually takes 3months now we going on our 6th month and they even forced me to settle my transfer and bond fees early now I’m just waiting hopelessly. I’m humbled
They have the best customer service but worst service providers and I doubt they even verify them 2weeks back i reported a claim for lighting as my solar inverter and borehole got damaged soo they appointed 2 service provider to come check what’s happening okay 1 service provider gave a quote and the other for the inverter didn’t 3days later they called another service provider to come check my solar inverter soo they came and did what they did to check mind due I’m still without water. I call they telling me they waiting so fortunately my sister assisted with cash soo I can atleast buy pressure pump so I can have water 5days later they called a assessor because apparently the service provider for borehole quoted a crazy amount which is not my fault, he checked whatever and left Told me another service provider will come and check on Sunday🚮 Today I was informing my cousin that people are gonna come and check the solar and borehole soo to my shock I noticed the switch off the inverter is on and it’s supposed to be off because the inverter is not working soo when I switch it off everything started burning like literally fire and all fortunately we have a fire extinguisher and tried to cool down the fire
I cancelled my policy in February after acquiring my 1st property because I got a better deal at bettersure to my shock they were still debiting me now when I call in they only refund me for just one month When I sent them emails to ask what’s happening and why ddnt they refund from February they ignored me.and when you have to call you wait almost 40min to get someone to answer..and when they do answer they say you must send another email then you they ignore you again
The consultant at planet fitness told me if I want to cancel my subscription I have to give 4months notice then I can still attend gym if maybe I wana change my mind..soo I called in this week because Im facing serious financial issues now I’m told I have to pay R1530 then it’s gonna be cancelled immediately. If I’m facing financial issues how the hell will I be able to pay R1530 And now where in the contract I signed that says I have to pay 4months in advance to cancel
