FANTASTIC SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE FROM DOTSURE
Oh wow! I am SUPER IMPRESSED with the service I always receive from Dotsure. I have 2 x Bull Terriers covered on their pet insurance and the seamless and easy way to claim is just so fantastic. My 1 dog had an Ear Hematoma operation recently. I lodged the claim online, it was approved in less than an hour and the very same afternoon I received the refund into my bank account. If you are in need of a Pet Medical Aid - look no further that Dotsure! Tamlyn Mostert at Dotsure, you are a gem! Well Done on AMAZING service!

I have been with Dotsure for many years, and never had any problems when submitting a claim. Olivia Runga from MTN The Glen is by far THE BEST Customer Services Representative I have ever dealt with. She is competent, efficient, friendly and prompt whenever I need assistance.
