Incompetent agents
Im highly irtetated by your people working in customer services with the returns. 2 different people working on my query. I arranged with the one to drop it off at your collection office and then the next thing i have a driver showing up at my moms house. Get your **** together!

Worst Service EVER.
Worst service ever. ...After 11 months i'm still battling to get the car sorted out that i bough from them. First it had absolutely no brakes....which i replaced but took them ages to pay the money out. The broken mirror took months to be replaced and is still not working. The spare wheel was never changed as per our agreement. Then i hit a pothole just to realize all the wheel nuts are not the same on the 1 wheel. Still waiting for that salesperson to give me the correct sparewheel and replace the nut that is the wrong size. Never in my life would i recommend anyone buying a car from them.
