Yello Mobile - SCAM!!!!!

MTN - Delay with ITC Number
MTN - Delay with ITC Number i am still waiting for a ITC number, When i took out my contract i told the agent that i don't care about the new number and that i want to keep my old number, agent advise that I can proceed with this. Now after my phone got stolen MTN does not pick up my phone on the system because I did not keep the new sim in my new phone for longer than an hour. A mail was sent to DIC in the week of 5/11/2018 - 20/11/2018. MTN did not contact me back with feedback. I was told i do not need to enter the store - Cape Gate ( ********** ) - everyday and I should not worry. My insurance who I never doubted has an SLA for the following 14 days otherwise my claim will be unsuccessful. I was also advise to lay a claim against MTN. till today MTN did not tell me by when i will or can receive my ITC number. Kurwin
