Virgin Active in East London, Quigney is the pits🚮Nothing works there , for the past 2months and the sonar and steamroom hasn’t been working as if that’s not enough, swimming pool has been closed since God knows when, Treadmills don’t work, 90% of the time there’s no hot water that time they never miss a debit to top it off on their system some members can’t book classes coz they “owe” while paying monthly. It’s sad how we paying for things that do not work, most people have opted to not go that time we paying . If you thinking of joining gym , look elsewhere that is not a place shame. I feel sorry for the instructors and staff coz they try but I guess top management doesn’t care 😏

I ordered a boombox 2017 which did not materialize and ended up cancelling it but to my suprise a year later they started debiting from my account for something I had cancelled long time. Had to ask my daughter to go to east london and cancel it she went and was told that their field agent did not submit my cancellation.She was then told it has been cancelled and will be getting my refund within 2weeks after the 30th of cancelling it but guess what on the 8th of this month they went and deducted again after I was promised I'll be getting my money.The inconvinience to my daughter having to go back again to check why this is not cancelled for her to be told on the system its cancelled yet they still taking my money and now have to 42 more days to get MY MONEY, money they had no business taking. I must now be inconvinienced because of their incompetence. This is unacceptable, so annoyed.
