Dear Mr. Ackerman I really love shopping at the pick n pay Farrarmere. But had a bad humiliating experience today. I have 5 addopted cats and they eat 4 kg of pallets a week, so I decided to buy the pnp brand. The cats did not even like it I even al tried putting chicken stock over it with pieces of chicken in between... Nothing then I tried gravy still nothing so in 3 attempts no luck.. So not sure what to do I phoned the 0800 no,x 4 times nobody picking up, no message section nothing. So I phoned the store and spoke to a nice Lady with the name Denise and she told me to bring the Bag with the slip. On arrival nobody knew where she was so I spoke to Ntombi and she spoke to the manager who informed her that this is the Last time that hê will accept an open Bag.. So Ntombi then assisted me further with a very u kind man er as if I commited a crime for being unsatisfied... Why do you then add the part on your products "if you are not a 100% satisfied bring the contents back and will be refunded" then you get treated like that.. That is double standards and contridicting to what you say and what the store manager said.. How will you ever be dissatisfied before using the product.. Must say this was bad...

I wrote a complaint on the 14th of July and still no response. Their bad service cost us to go to another funeral parlor whom ripped us off ... think it is time to go to Carte Blanche with them all... people who wants to stand up for their loved ones send in your e-mails to Carte Blance
