Broken products, your bad luck.
After months of mails complaining about the poor service the product arrived. It was broken beyond repair so I had requested a refund. Apparently this was not a problem and they requested my address details to collect. 5 weeks later the broken product has not been collected and no one is responding to my mails. Seriously do not order through these guys.0 replies

Caution, caution, caution.
Placed a simple order of gas fire coals on the 13 May 2025. Goods should have been delivered within three weeks they blamed the shipping company for delays. Twelve weeks later no goods and now no response to my communication. Be very cautious if you buy from there guys.0 replies
