Cybertrek and oculus

Hi I bought a two oculus systems from cybertrek and over the last twp years the cables has llet me down. Now that I want a replacement cable. Cybertrek just does not come back to me in this regard. I think that there service is pathetic and if you were thinking of buying something from them. Not only are they expensive but their after sales service stinks.
