REFUND DELAYS
I was invited to a presentation and Immediately paid R10000. It was the first week of June 2021. The very same day I realized my mistake of not doing thorough research with the company and within two days I wrote them a withdrawal message. I asked for my refund and I have been told that I am in a queue. To show that the company does not have any intention of refunding they refuse to tell you how far you are in a queue. Today Erica Bezeidenhout told me they take 3 to 6 months to refund. Their contract state if the matter is not resolved in 3 months it should be taken to CPA. Erica Bezednhout it is been more than three months and the matter is not resolved and as a principal member I would not like to chase your company with CPA or court of Law, may you kindly refund me. Dr LF Mabena 18.6 Both parties agree that all disputes arising and/or relating to this agreement that remains unresolved for a period of three (3) months, must be referred by the Principal Member in accordance with the provisions of Section 69 of the CPA to the NCC and/or any other consumer tribunal that has jurisdiction for adjudication. It is further agreed that the Member will first exhaust all other remedies in terms of the CPA before referring any dispute to a court of law. PLEASE NOTE I WILL WRITE ON THIS PAGE ON A WEEKLY BASIS IF I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU.

Credit cover cancellation
I have been trying to cancel the credit cover with Lucid Living since 2017 August and up to date they are still deducting my account. I went to a point where I was reversing from my bank account, the following month they will double deduction and threaten me with blacklisting me. I am talking about the very same company that claim to clear people's credit record and now they want to tarnish it. How do you blacklist a person for insurance if I cannot afford I cannot you just stop it. Lucid I did not take any product or service from you and I am not intending to. I do not owe you. Just cancel that credit cover that I have with you. The reference no is CON134301. Just cancel it.
