Terrible workmanship and follow up
This applies only to the pool shop. The service and follow up has been atrocious. Three weeks after it was done - the surface started to bubble. Endless emails and visits to the shop finally managed to get the owner here. He says I will repair, but when the pool is empty to a section. However when the pool is drained we can check for further marks. Staff on site - can see the marks. Start sanding. Day ends. He phoned to say he was only repairing to a section - because I did not phone home re: the additional marks that could not be seen under the water. Demands that I pay him to finish fixing the pool. I will be going to the ombudsmen. The actual hardware itself is stellar. This only applies to the pool section. Even the actual staff at the pool shop are good.

Excellent service
Joel and Pravin went beyond the call of duty. Got my Mac up and running when I had been told by others it was beyond repair
