The worst insurance ever for funeral they dont want to pay for funeral cover they keep on making excuses when we submitted all information required on their form .
Shower on the women's side broken , Sauna and steam room broken with no communication at all as to when will these start working its even worse with the sauna I'm sure its over a year now since it stopped working , Is it fair that we pay full gym fees for a gym that is not fully operational ???
The most evil rental agency that anyone can use !! very unprofessional and rude . you can stay in one of their properties for 10 years and once you move out they will take your deposit regardless of the one month notice you have given . use them at your own risk !!!
Planet fitness Wanderers they dont care about members nothing seems to be working in that gym but its a MEGA club , Sonar, steamroom ,aircons not working nobody know when are all these will be sorted no update nothing we must be happy and carry on like nothing is happening this is appalling !!! Its January for heavens safe cant we have a functional gym !!!
The worst service provider ever , i sent an email on 2/11/2020 making them aware of my situation and not being able to attend gym until January , they only came back to me on the 10/11/2020 telling me no they cant freeze my membership as they do it on the 1st WHERE IS THAT INFORMNATION PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE THIS IS AFTER I HAVE TRIED THOUSAND TIMES TO PHONE THEIR CALL CENTRE TO NO AVAIL ???? I then requested to speak to management and i was told they are all in training that was on the 10/11/2020 and was promised a call back on that same day by Mpumi PF 2457277 only to receive a disgusting email on the 17/11/2020 telling me they will not freeze my membership NO PHONE FROM THE MANAGEMNT HOW DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!! I HATE PLANET FITNES AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AYNONE TO JOIN THEIR GYM THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS !!!!
I am disappointed with the service I have received at their call centre they have made an error on my debit order which is a result of the renovations they had at their wanderers branch now I am told to go to their other branch to go and request footage to prove that I went there to exercise what the hell, if they can't communicate amongst themselves as branches what nonsense is that
I ordered my card on the 28/08/2018 and i still have not received my card even worse the useless courier DSV they sent my card with has apparently sent my card to Durban when i clearly gave my address in Johannesburg to both FNB AND DSV and clearly told them that it is in Johannesburg . How long does it take for someone to get their card from FNB ????
FNB call centre gave me false hopes that my card that was swallowed by their machines would be delivered to me after 5-7 days from the day i phoned which was the 28/08/2018 , i then phoned yesterday only to be told my card was never ordered . Did they bother to try and rectify their mess NO instead a man by the name of Jason Davids told me that i was told by the lady Catherine that i need to wait another 7 days ???? is that how FNB rectifies their incompetence ??? what is worse is that when i spoke to Catherine she never told me that i need to wait another 7 days for my card she promised that she will give me an update as she has ordered my card today Jason then insists that i was told to wait for 7 days i need that recording where Catherine informed me about the 7 days for something that i would have assumed its urgent as they are the ones that messed up in the first place .
extremely incompetent staff /call centre agents , liars !!! give false information to clients .
