Today I logged into my FNB online account and saw the following debit orders: Unitedrew R95 Legaleye R45 Rescue247 R45 Mediaassist R45 I NEVER AUTHORISED ANY OF THIS. I didn't sign anything, was never informed or notified about any of these debit orders. I never requested any service from them and would like to know who authorised and provided them with my banking details. I tried looking up for their contact numbers to call them and request for a refund and for them to stop debuting my account and for my details to be removed from their systems with no luck.
Today I logged into my FNB online account and saw a debit order of R395.00 was processed. I NEVER AUTHORISED ANY OF THIS! I didn't even sign anything! I simply applied for a loan. Not once was I informed or notified there would be a debit order. I understand it was an online application but I was never once informed I had to pay, I mean why would I even want all those other things? I only wanted to find out about a loan. Why push all those other things on me such as legal and ID assist? I never wanted it and still don't. I then called Loan finder SA' s customer service for assistant. I SPOKE TO MISA LEEUWU, WHO DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND MY PROBLEM. DISPLAY A BAD TEMPER AND ATTITUDE. WAS NOT RESPECTFUL. DIDN'T SHOW ANY EMPATHY AND WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST ME. COULDN'T STAY CALM ON THE CALL. SHOWED NO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES. DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME AND ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS BRING HER POINT ACROSS.
