Useless service from their head office!!!!
I have been emailing services@truworths since April this year. I have been retrenched and needing to make a payment plan until everything comes right. I have recieved 3 responses from them and each time its completely different. I have recieved sms saying I've been handed over, I recieved smses and emails from vvm and Blake and ass saying I'm going to be getting a negative rating etc. Yet truworths acknowledged receipt of my section 189 and payment I made but do not reply to anything else. In a time when people lose their jobs because of lockdown truworths ignores their customers. Every email I did recieve from them starts off " we apologise for the delay in response... because of covid 19 regulations", yet they still hand me over and don't bother responding. Pathetic. And I know I won't get a response from them, they too busy handing customers over.

KFC Gatemax. Great food, great service
Wife wanted KFC tonight, 21/02/2020, to my dislike. Went to KFC Gatemax drive thru... THANK YOU!!! Best decision ever! KFC Gatemax you have restored my faith in KFC! Hot, tasty, crunchy zinger wings. Fresh, crunchy, amazing zinger rounder. Hot, crispy chips. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. The best KFC I have had in years!!! Thank you!!!!
