I am extremely disappointed with the service received from TymeBank, and I am now forced to take this matter public after being ignored. I transferred R1.50 from my TymeBank account to a home loan account at First National Bank (FNB). Yes, I used an incorrect reference, but the account number was 100% correct. Here’s where things become unacceptable: FNB has no record of receiving the funds, even after I provided official proof of payment from TymeBank. TymeBank claims the money was successfully sent — yet cannot provide any verifiable settlement proof that FNB can trace. I logged a query and was promised feedback by Wednesday — no communication at all. No case number, no follow-up, no email. I had to chase them myself. When I finally got through, I was told it’s “too late” to reverse the funds and that nothing can be done. So let me get this straight: TymeBank says the money left my account and reached FNB. FNB says they never received anything. Where is the money? This points to either: A serious breakdown in TymeBank’s payment processes, or A failure to properly trace and account for client funds Both of which are extremely concerning for a bank handling people’s money. The lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability is alarming. At this point, it feels like customers are simply being dismissed instead of being assisted. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be escalating this matter further with the Ombudsman for Banking Services and other relevant regulatory bodies. I expect: A full trace and audit trail of the transaction Proper proof of where the funds went A clear resolution — not excuses TymeBank, take responsibility and fix this.
DFD154713873 orderd 2 full chicken with naan bread and i got 1 and a half chicken with no Naan bread and no one is taking accountability. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
Mr D Is not taking accountability for bad business practices but encourages restaurants to treat customers like dogs yet charging them for products they not delivering. I ordered 2 full chickens from The Royal India Sandton and got 1 and a half full chicken, the order came with naan bread,which i also did not get ,I have been querying this order for 4 days now, with them telling me the restaurant is investigating the Issue,there us no accountability ,just Mr D and the The Royal India being greedy selfish capitalist. MR D has lost its setting and with high competition they falling off raider with unfair practices and basically *****ing money with ********* restaurants. Royal India clearly not royal. DFD154713873

These guys are the worst courier in south Africa, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, If an online business wants to fail, DPD Laser Dawn Wing is the short cut , these guys should be Investigated honestly, they not to be Trusted, parcel thieves nd they just Incompetent, you end up laughing about it ,because its unbelievable lol wow,they mever respond to customers here ,their online enquiry ssite, no supervisor on the contact line, I will mever shp from an online brand that uses Dpd laser Dawn wing ,Never ever
