Worst experience received from NAC Travel International Pty Ltd
If you are thinking of using this company, think twice. My experience was horific. The person I dealt with is Gershom (sounded like a foreigner in South Africa). He delayed my application for the VISA even though he had all the information on time leading to me stepping in at the last hour to do the application myself for one of the people travelling. Mind you, I had already paid this company. Now I need my refund for that one person's application of R5942.87 but I am struggling to get my money back. All I get is lies that I will be paid within 21 working days from the date of notification which was on 16 July 2025. I have done so many follow up and not winning. What I find very strange as well is every time I call, only person takes the calls also deals with the registration, so it make assume that the scale of a business that is projected on the website is not true. This might be someone running this business in their bedroom somewhere. So use them at your risk

Renew-it Wynburg (Sandton) service
I have taken my car to the Renew-it Wynberg branch 3 times. I am so pleased with their service. Such professionalism and love from the receptionist, consultants, technicians, coffee bar ladies. It’s rare that everyone is this nice and efficient. Keep up the good work my black brothers and sisters 🏆👌🏽
