Dissatisfaction with their terms and condition that is one sided and set to advantage only the company on any event but place liability on their clients. Not doing proper due diligence to assist their clients with risk that they have factored to make money from. I will never support in future even if i have no other alternative Very ********* and opportunistic
Yaga has given me exceptional and speedy service, even where there are glitches; they resolved quicker and addressing *****sters speedily. I’m very satisfied
Very good with their service and a great place for a get away. Enjoyed staying, conferencing, golfing and massage and all with excellent delivery of service
What a horrible experience with Old Mutual and their preferred service provider. It's five months since the claim was lodged and I had to sort myself for more than two months due to their service provider(s) delay. Now their preferred service provider had not done satisfactory job, which I picked and now they have thrown the matter back to me to sort myself out with the defective workmanship and ********* so their service provider said it will take a day to rectify and now it's taking forever, and they say I should sort myself out. What a horrible service. if there was zero or negative rating that's what they deserve. It shows how many have been ****** by poor quality workmanship because they might not see, and I could spot errors that is taking over two weeks to repair.
Vodacom refusing to resolve their breach of contract and one has made a final decision never to take any vodacom contract. Now exiting the phone contracts after 20 years of being with them for the last 5 years was horror. Never. Their wifi contract am waiting for it to expire as they bullying me with hefty cancellation bill for breaching whilst in their breach they don't care and are willing to abuse their rights.
If there was zero start, i will give. It's time to cancel all my contracts. Vodacom has bul**** and abused their powers; I will now try the ombudsman. They threatened me after forcing me into their contract citing breach and now they breached and even never kept their promise. I regret having supported them throughout and vow to never support anymore. The stress and pain they have caused is irreversible. Well done for being the worst service provider.
Non-responsive to queries raised on services they deliver and they have zero customer services
Unresolved issues of their breach of Contract on the Fibre services and they promised to call and resolve and they disappear. I think it's time to refer to Ombudsman; as they abuse their power to punish me and I am helpless in their breach of contract.
Vodacom breached their contract and they wanted to charge me R17k for cancelling. Abusing their powers.They have been promising to deal with this matter and in all cases disappear. The contract that they breached and forcing me will end up coming to an end and you can see by reviews that they don't care and are arrogant without willingness to resolve issues
This company is doing collection and I told them it's a wrong person and they harrassing me. Tried blocking them but their irritating emails come through still. I don't even know how they got my details because they said they're debt collecting on behalf of Truworths and I buy nothing from there. This is really irritating and I need them to tell me how they got my details and stop looking for wrong person on my email. There's not even verification to get correct details. They're looking for Ms SB Kelefetswe and I'm Mr SE Kelefetswe and I don't know that person
