Pathetic service. I sent an email regarding my order and have heard nothing back from them at all. Their online service is atrocious! and on a seperate order, I ordered the item on the 24th of November and had to hunt them down to find out where my order was and they only ended up delivering it 11th December.
Do not study with Intec. I misplaced my certificate for something I had completed with them a few years back, asked them to send me a copy (as they should have record on file) and they are completely ignoring my requests, so now, I can not prove that I have a diploma in the field I am trying to get a job in.
BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM. I purchased something from FredMuk on the 4th of December 2019. Delivery terms 7 to 10 days. It has now been 18 days. The problem is. FredMuk has not communicated with me after numerous e-mails sent to them requesting for the whereabouts of my order, no tracking details. Please be warned the physical address of their business is fake, someone went there and they were told there is no such business at the address provided. They do not have a contact number. No one will reply to you guaranteed. They make it look as if they are doing something by responding in front of the rest of the public on social media but they do not respond to you on e-mail at all when they tell you on social media that they shall respond on e-mail. This is a definite scam. Please do not be fooled as I was. I thought they were legitimate as they provided a physical address but on investigating further found this address to be fake.
I would just like to complain about the quality of the meal I received last night the 1st of August 2018 and then the lack of attention to the matter from the manager. I ordered a seafood pasta and it was just as pricey as Pronto, a restaurant that does an out of this world seafood pasta. My pasta was swimming in a very bland excuse of a tomato based sauce and was overall unpleasant. My problem is that I find it unacceptable, when you are spending money, no less than at an upmarket restaurant, to receive such low quality food. I wasn't even mad, I just wanted to bring the low quality of the dish to the manager's attention because if I were a manager of a restaurant I would want to know if one of my dishes were unsatisfactory. The manager neglected to even pitch up at our table after we waited for him/her for quite some time, we paid the bill and left. Perhaps nothing will come of this but I would like the opportunity to let the manager know that the seafood pasta needs to be looked at again as it could do with improvement.
I am so sick of Standard Bank cold calling me to tell me about deals or offers. I have told them on numerous occasions to STOP calling me and they continue to call me on a DAILY basis. I block the numbers they call me from and then there is always a new number they call me from the following day. PLEASE remove my number from your cold call list. PLEASE
