Hi good day.bit concern about the insurance broker that cancelled my policy over the covi19 period.i remain uncovered for both my vehicles.and i was told to wait for 90 days to reinstate the contract of which doesnt sound clear to my mind.I was sure that the holiday relief also cover me as the vehicle instalment was suspended for 90 days and will resume on the 1st of august.i hope this will teach me not to recommend any insurance companies to my fellows.

Good morning. I finally got call from absa acknowledging the outcomes of my complain i lodged. Im happy but not totally satisfied becuase i wasted my time with the policy that wanted money not to look after the clients.i will advise other poeple to be not the victims of these kind of insurance brokers.and not to accept the terms and conditions with not understand the language.But thanks for quick response
Good day.i bought new datsun go plus from the dealership in pretoria known as Sa new car solution.i signed a contract with subsidy of R12000.00 and the sales person who delivered the car on 8th of 11/2019 we agreed that the amount of R2000.00 will be paid every monthend over the period of 6 month.hence im struggling to be paid last month money was in after i went to mfc.therefore now is the same im not yet paid..last week i spoke to Mr Martin Roux the owner of the dealership he agreed to make the payment before the end of today.when i try to call him he rejected my calls and reply with sms that he will call tomorrow in the morning 8 oclock.my views is that he must pay me the remaining balance in full by tomorrow then me and him we will be sorted.or els i will have to cpnsult the mfc for futher advise.their contact is 0121110006 and cell number is 0617656789.
Hi good morning. I was insured my bakkie with absa idirect for the past 2 years then i decided to buy new car and i included it.i agreed with them to to insure both vehicles 'later i cancelled my new car but unaware they cancelled both.that was the month of November no premiums was taken there for later on January i was told my policy was lapsed without consulting me.i feel like offended cuase they didnt act proffessional to me.they also knew that i was about to find my cash back
