i am trying to place an online order but keep being kicked out because my personal info "doesn't match". I phoned the call centre, the girl was helpful but nothing changed. So after being cut off twice calling the customer care line i am writing a review on their poor customer service. Wondering if it happens to other people

Lost property not returned

They advertise that if u leave something in the taxi u can contact the driver & get it back. NOT. We tried unsuccessfully to contact our driver for 3 days and even the call centre could not get a response. Not helpful
