FNB Doesnt know the meaning of customer service!
I app**** for a new bank account telephonically, account was approved immediately. This was almost a month ago. I still dont have my bank card, I have been treated like a ******** as even the ***** dept has called me. This because I have vehicle finance (2-3 paid up vehicle) with Wesbank and the original consultaltant that opened the account probably didnt do her job!!!! They are saying that I have 2 profiles, I went into the bank and they said that they would combine the 2 profiles into one. Yet you keep on sending me messages to use my card, what card??????? Shocking!!!

Really Shocking
Drove 1000km to collect a vehicle, vehicle was kept from me until I had signed contracts. They kept saying that the vehicle was being cleaned, but in fact they were busy repairing and touching up damage. Vehicle was not inspected properly, I found unspecified damage on the roof, the vehicle advertised had completely different tyres from the vehicle I agreed to purchase on the advert. Bad vibration, wheel alignment issues.

Just Dont....
As a listed Pro on your site that pays for leads, I just find it shocking with your false advertising. You dont verify the companies properly, the leads have been an absolute waste of time and money for my business. Only when I post something negative do I get a quick response from procompare. Leads are most definitely not verified and most of the leads I got was a complete waste of time. In fact I think most of your leads are only my own competitors trying to compare pricing. You have to subscribe to the the service on a monthly basis where I pay for 10 leads every single month, yet I havent received close to 10 leads. The leads that I have received, were all a complete waste of time and money. NO THANKS.

Amazing Service
The service received from Jason in sales and the F&I team was absolutely amazing. We have been to a few dealerships over the last few weeks, and you guys topped all of them. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Most Shocking Service Ever
There simply is no after sales service. Bought a car with a so called AA inspection certificate. The inspection showed 2 small issues with the vehicle, yet the dealership didnt fix these issues. Vehicle was taken back to AA where problems were found that they missed. Now R28 000 later I am still having issues and only promises from Mpho that he will call me back. Just dont buy from them.
